The sale closed at the end of day on April 30, 2026, with completion of all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Mosaic Global Sales, LLC Acting as Agent for International Minerals Carlsbad, Inc. (IMC) will continue to support export sales of:

- K-Mag® Standard
- K-Mag® Special Standard
- K-Mag® Fine Standard
- Dynamate®
The export agency agreement covers all geographies, excluding the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Who will be my sales contact for export sales?
Mosaic Global Sales, LLC Acting as Agent for International Mineral Carlsbad, Inc. (IMC) will continue to be your primary point of contact for all export-related sales. Please continue working with your current Mosaic international salesperson for purchase discussion on the above products and the following related topics.

Will anything change in how I place orders or communicate about export products?
No. You will continue to work directly with Mosaic Global Sales, LLC and your customer experience should remain seamless. Your day-to-day contacts, communication channels, and processes will stay the same.
These export activities apply to specified countries outside the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Is Mosaic acting as an agent?
Yes. Mosaic Global Sales, LLC will act as the export agent for International Mineral Carlsbad, Inc. (IMC). Mosaic will manage customer interactions, coordinate shipments, support export logistics, and handle commercial discussions on IMC’s behalf.
What does this mean for me as a customer?
You can expect:
- We recommend you review and adjust if applicable your in-country registration to indicate International Minerals Carlsbad, Inc. as the producer of record for importation.
- Documents will list Mosaic Global Sales, LLC Acting as Agent for International Minerals Carlsbad, Inc. as exporter of record for your importation
- No change in your existing Mosaic sales representative or Mosaic export and logistic coordination teams, you may continue to work with existing contacts.
- Smooth coordination of products, logistics, and commercial conversations
