Carter has over 20 years of experience in results-driven leadership across sales, operations, logistics, and business development within the fertilizer and industrial supply chain sectors, where he drove a relentless focus to create an outstanding safety culture and performance. Known for his strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and passion for continuous improvement, Scott brings a well-rounded, enterprise-level perspective to his new role with International Minerals Carlsbad.
